Following a pre-consultation deep dive into your business (wine programme, other offerings, online presence etc), and following an initial 1-hour consultation to discuss findings and your current pain points, we will have a second 2-hour meeting (featuring a tasting of potential new list references) where we formulate an actionable plan, craft a list that matches your budget, needs and goals, and ensure you have everything you need to make your wine programme a success going forward, from setting appropriate margins, to supplier contacts, order processes, online presence assistance, and everything in between.
